The Sara Chase Carlson Scholarship

The Sara Chase Carlson Scholarship was established to allow bright, talented, and motivated students the opportunity to have a Worcester education. Through an application process, one student is selected every four years to receive a scholarship. This candidate must demonstrate academic strength and an interest in the arts, enter the 9th grade, be new to the Worcester Preparatory School student body, and provide evidence of financial need. The scholarship provides tuition funding for four years, Grades 9-12.

We ask individuals, area businesses, and foundations to support this scholarship.

Your gift will have importance and immediate impact. By helping a deserving child who would benefit from a Worcester experience, you are benefiting the scholarship recipient, his or her family, our school, our community, and society as a whole.

Many options for contributing to this worthwhile project exist. We will gratefully accept your outright gifts, pledges, and gifts of stock transfers.
