Alie attends the University of Florida, where she is majoring in engineering. Alie is on the Dean's List, plays club lacrosse, enjoys her sorority, and lives in an honors dorm.
Elise, who attends Brown University, had a leading role in the university's production of Passing Strange. Elise has been selected to perform in a number of theater productions at the school. Referring to her role in Hair, a reviewer called Elise the show's "'resident belter,' whos rendition of the songs was excellent."
Hannah Beauchamp attends the University of Delaware and was crowned Maryland Miss 2013 at the Princess America Pageant held in Virginia Beach. Princess America Pageants is a national program for young women between the ages of 13 and 28 years of age, reaching out to contestants in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. The area of competition includes Private Interview, Personal Expression, Physical Fitness and Evening Wear. Hannah will compete for the NATIONAL MISS title in Orlando in July.
Halie loves working in the Robotics Lab at Franklin Olin College of Engineering, where she experiments with both large and small robots. At Olin, she is training in shop-type skills and programming in multiple languages. Halie reports that the student engineers love dancing - salsa, blues, ballroom, etc. - and she's having a great time with the dancing as well.
Catherine, a student at Georgetown University, enjoyed her internship with Congressman John Carney of Delaware.
Jackson Berger graduated from Johns Hopkins University in 2015 with a BS in computer engineering. He obtained his Masters in computer engineering management from Duke University in 2016 and is currently completing a paid internship with the Raleigh office of the RNC as a field organizer.
Morgan Bissell (r), a rising junior at Virginia Tech, coordinated a 40-day cross country adventure, traveling from San Francisco as part of Cycling for a Cure (American Cancer Society). He and his teammates stopped at cancer hospitals along the way to visit with children in the hospitals. Check http://www.cycling4acure.com
Kelley, who double majored in biology and humanities, graduated cum laude from Villanova University this spring.
Hope, a junior Communications major at American University, was the winner in the international Ketchum, Inc.'s Mindfire Competition. Through an online crowdsourcing platform, designed like a social media site, Hope and other students throughout the world pitched marketing ideas to Ketchum's clients. Although Hope isn't allowed to discuss her winning solution, she is delighted that her first try at finding a creative solution for a real-world problem, came out on top. Hope interns at Levick, a public relations firm with offices in D.C. and New York. The firm specializes in Crisis Management.
Christopher P. Fisher (with his parents) was inducted into the Phi Eta Sigma National honor Society at St. John's University. Phi Eta Sigma is a national honor society whose goal is to encourage and reward excellence among college and university freshmen. To be eligible for membership, St. John’s University students must achieve a minimum 3.70 cumulative index at the end of their first year college study. Fisher plays Division I Lacrosse for St. John’s. Christopher is majoring in Sports Management and a minor in Business. An outstanding athlete, he was chosen for the 2011-2012 Big East All-Academic Team for men’s lacrosse.
Brittany Flurer, a junior at Bridgewater College in Virginia, traveled to South Africa as part of the Biology and Global Diversity Program. During her stay, she studied the cultures of South Africa, visited several game refuges, fed baby lions, and experienced shark-cage diving. According to Brittany, "My visit to South Africa was an eye-opening experience which I will never forget."
Wesley Scott, at Temple University, is busy not only with his studies but also developing a business related to use of denim. Several articles (about denim rugs and denim jeans) he has written have appeared in Denim Hunters online magazine (denimhunters.com).
Julian Greer graduated from University of South Carolina and will enter the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Charlotte. She's following in the footsteps of her father, Dr. William (Bill) Greer, '76, who is a graduate of the Medical School of South Carolina in Charleston.
Paige Spangler received a scholarship to study at the Jordan University in Amman. She is studying international affairs and minoring in Economics at George Washington University. Paige is fluent in Arabic. She's also producer of her college theater company and VP of Phi Beta Phi.
Brandon is interning at the White House and working as a research assistant for an American University professor who is writing a book on the Fatah Movement (Palestinian political movement). He graduates from American University in 2014.
Chelsea will graduate from American University in the Spring of 2014. She studied abroad in Russia at the Moscow Arts Theater. She is involved with several upcoming theater productions in Washington, D.C.
Elizabeth graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Media Arts and Design from James Madison University in December 2013. She lives in Harrisonburg, Virginia, where she is an intern for EN Computers in Waynesboro, Virginia.
Chase Harmon during his undergraduate years at Stanford University was named the Executive Producer of “The Stanford Apprentice.” He spearheaded the creation of Stanford’s entrepreneurship residence and raised $20K to help young entrepreneurs. Chase spent the summer of his junior year interning at Google and has been hired by Google to begin work August 2013.
Because of her outstanding work in Chemistry at Salisbury University, Niki Kunciw was awarded the Gates Cambridge University, England, where she will study for her Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry and drug development. While at Cambridge University, Niki, already a published researcher will study the diversity-oriented synthesis of small molecules with potential biological activity. Studying at Cambridge has long been Niki's dream; this fall the dream will come true.
Alexandra Lewis graduated summa cum laude from the College of Law and Society at American University. She was selected for membership into Phi Beta Kappa and was part of the university's honors program. Alex will attend University of Virginia Law School beginning in the fall. This spring she came back to her alma mater to help coach Worcester's girls' lacrosse teams.
Ross Roessler, a 2009 graduate of Worcester Preparatory School, has been selected by Amazon to work on the future development of the Kindle. Roessler, who is a 2013 graduate of the University of South Carolina, was offered a job after his 2012 summer internship with Amazon. At South Carolina, Roessler is a member of the Mountaineering and Whitewater Rafting Club, plays club volleyball, and keeps busy with research projects such as the computer algorithm for DNA sequence—all while maintaining a 4.0 GPA. During the summer of 2011, he was chosen for a research internship in robotics in Germany. In addition to his work at South Carolina, he enjoys participating in Stanford University’s online engineering and programming courses.
Roessler is no stranger to recognition, for while at Worcester Prep, he was honored with regional writing, oratory, and mathematics awards. He was named a Northrop Grumman Engineering Scholar and was awarded a full scholarship to the University of South Carolina. Roessler took every Advanced Placement course Worcester Prep offered, was named a National Advanced Placement Scholar, won regional and state mathematics competitions, and achieved perfect scores in SAT Math and SAT Writing. He served as editor-in-chief of the school newspaper, wrote original comedy, sang in the chorus and in musicals, was inducted into several honor societies, and played #1 on Worcester's varsity tennis team.
Meegan moved to Arlington, Virginia in September 2013 to become the Manager of Meetings and Events at the Snack Food Association. A graduate of Colgate, Meegan enjoys traveling.

History to high school students, who will be foreign exchange students in the United States. To accomplish this, Anna turned to one of her favorite WPS teachers, Larry Morris, who helped her determine what topics to present.
Katie graduated from the University of Virginia in May 2013 with a BS in Systems Engineering. She is a project manager for SNL Financial in Charlottesville, Virginia.
MacKenzie and Logan Keyser were married at Baywood Greens, Longneck, DE in September 2014. Logan coaches WPS MS Boys' Lacrosse and works for White Creek Homes, Inc. Mackenzie is a Grade 2 teacher at Showell Elementary and coaches Beach Lacrosse. Both are graduates of Salisbury University, where they were on teams that won NCAA Division III Championships in lacrosse. The couple lives in West Ocean City with their dog Ripkin.
Trevor Mathias obtained a BS in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from University of Maryland, Baltimore County. There he worked in the Howard Hughes Medical Institute Laboratory performing retroviral research. In the Masters of Molecular Medicine Program of the University of Maryland, Trevor researched a new compound, crenolanib, for the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) in the lab of Dr. Maria Baer. He successfully defended his thesis, Mechanisms of Resistance to the Fms-like Tyrosine Kinase 3 Inhibitor Crenolanib, and after receiving his MS has been working in a clinical lab at the University of Maryland. Trevor plans to continue his education to become a clinician scientist by enrolling in an M.D/Ph.D. program.
Clayton Perry, who holds two degrees from William and Mary in Business Marketing and Environmental Policy, will marry Kate Maccagnan in September 2015. Kate works in the admissions office at the College of William and Mary. Clayton is a Business Development Manager in Williamsburg and continues to play music, both solo and with bands.

Melissa, a 2011 graduate of Dartmouth College, lives in New York City, where she works on NIH-funded research at the neurology department of Icahn School of Medicine. Her lab is exploring the causes and disease pathology of spasmodic dysphonia, a neurological disorder that causes vocal cord spasms and difficulty speaking. In hopes of identifying new drug targets to increase treatment options for patients, their work encompasses fMRI brain imaging, behavioral testing, genetic screening and clinical drug trials. In the Fall of 2013, Melissa will enter Jefferson Medical School in Philadelphia on her way to a career, which will focus upon neurological medicine.
Sabrina Kunciw graduated in 2015 with a medical degree from the University of Maryland, School of Medicine. Following the official ceremony, Sabrina was commissioned as a Captain in the United States Army. Over the past four years, Sabrina has developed a passion for cycling and running. In May 2015, she completed her biggest challenge so far, the White Lake, NC Half Triathlon. She came in first place for her category.
Katie Taylor graduated cum laude from Gettysburg College in 2011. At Gettysburg, she played number one on her tennis team all four years. Katie attends the University of Maine School of Law and is living in gorgeous Portland Maine with Jacoby, a dog she rescued.
Alexa Wyatt was one of five young business women featured in the February 2013 issue of Marie Claire magazine. A wedding and events programmer, Alexa works in Charleston, South Carolina, and is referred to in the article as “The Southern Hostess.” Alexa’s sister, Caroline, graduated from WPS in 2008. Another sister, Ali, is a WPS junior and her mom, Tiffany, also attended WPS.
Dr. Castaneda graduated from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, PA with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Computer Science in 2010. He earned a Master of Biomedical Science degree from Commonwealth Medical College in Scranton, PA in 2011. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree -Cum Laude from St. George's University School of Medicine in June . He completed his medical school clinical rotations at Hackensack University Medical Center in Hackensack, New Jersey. He is currently an Internal Medicine resident at New York Presbyterian Hospital in New York City. He will pursue subspecialty training in Pulmonary/ Critical Medicine. He is the son of Dr. and Mrs. Edwin Castaneda of Ocean Pines, Maryland.
Matt attended Salisbury University where he received degrees in History and Theater Performance. While enrolled at SU, Matt performed many leading roles in plays such as “The London Cuckolds”, “Lysistrata”, “Dark of the Moon”, “The Adding Machine” and “A Servant of Two Masters”. His college career is highlighted by the role of Eliot in Noel Coward’s “Private Lives” and the iconic Scrooge in “A Christmas Carol”. Upon graduation, he quickly became immersed in assisting with the design and implementation of several renovation projects at his family’s amusement park. In the fall of 2012, Matt can be seen indulging his love of history and theater as Sir Thomas Grey at the Maryland Renaissance Festival.
Wade is a financial broker and advisor at Edward Jones in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. After living in Colorado, where he studied for his two degrees, he has returned home to be closer to his family. Wade and his wife, Danielle, live in Rehoboth Beach with their son, Grove.
Justin Adkins is a graduate of Virginia Military Institute.
Taylor couldn't be happier. She writes that Villanova is the perfect fit for her. The work is challenging, but she feels that Worcester's AP programs definitely prepared her. Fall Ball season has just ended where she played offense (center or attack) for a change, scoring some goals and assists which was very exciting. She is looking forward to seeing everyone over Thanksgiving Break and playing in the Alumni Basketball game.
Leigh Anna Perry, who received a full-ride scholarships to High Point University to study Interior Design and Home Furnishings Marketing, loves her jobs working with Ross & Associates of Atlanta. She works as a sales representative for fine china, crystal, and table-top furnishings. On April 4, 2015 she married Nick DeLoreto in Delray Beach, Florida. The couple lives in West Palm Beach.
Carly with her husband, Bryan Bustos. The couple and their son, Spencer, have just returned from Chile and are living in Bishopville. Carly is a graduate of Furman University.
Maria Taylor graduated from Washington College in 2009 with a BA in studio art. She was a teaching assistant to Artist and Assistant Professor of Art, Monika Weiss, for two years during college. After graduation, Maria took some time off to be a caregiver. During which time, she decided she was meant to be nurse. She took a few more science courses and as of the Spring of 2013, she will finally start nursing school. Maria plan to study at Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC) where she intends to earn her BSN through CCBC's articulation agreement with Towson University. Maria can't wait to be a nurse!
Chelsea Trimper works as a naturalist for the Ritz-Carlton in Maui. The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua features Jean-Michael Cousteau’s Ambassadors of the Environment program, offering an environmental and cultural education center with excursions led by expert naturalists. Guests can hike through the Hawaiian rainforest, snorkel among Maui’s beautiful coral reefs and participate in underwater photography sessions, always exploring the relevance of Hawaiian culture.
The Ambassadors program creates opportunities for each participant to learn about Hawaii’s unique ecosystems while demonstrating their connection to the larger global systems. This program also seeks to inspire guests to live a more sustainable life and to gain a greater understanding of the relationships between land to sea, humans to nature, people to people and present to future.
According to Jean-Michel Cousteau, “We expect everyone, by learning more about our natural world and their places within it, to return to their communities as environmental stewards or ambassadors of the environment.” Worcester’s Trimper was part of a team meeting during which Jean-Michel Cousteau discussed his latest projects and ideas.

Goalkeeper Rich was selected as the Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) Men's Lacrosse Player of the Week . He was honored for his performance in the 10-9 St. Mary's conference victory over Colorado College where he tied his career high with 18 saves in the victory.
Carmen Phillips Corradino is a graduate of the College of the Atlantic in Maine. She currently works at Tom Brown Jr's Tracker School (http://www.trackerschool.com/news_current.asp) where she and her husband, Matt, teach Basketmaking, Primitive Shelter Making and Wandering Workshop.
Russell graduated from Florida Tech in May 2008. He is employed by Eco-merica Inc. in Consulting & Construction. Eco-merica is Bucks County's leading installer of solar and other renewable energy systems located in southeastern Pennsylvania.
B.J. was selected to play a role in a Shakespearean play at Salisbury University. We know he did an excellent job, as usual.
Alison writes that she could not be any happier. "I love everything about being at the University of Oregon. Lacrosse is challenging, but I love it and am anxious for our first game against Denver! We'll also be traveling to Virginia for a tournament.
Alison writes that she's very well-prepared for her classes, especially biology and Spanish, and that she's tutoring teammates in how to write papers for English. She rides her bike everywhere, says the atmosphere on campus is wonderful, and notes that other students should look to western schools.
Dana is an actuarial analyst for Allianz Global Insurance in Richmond, Virginia.
MaryKris Greco has joined Delta Gamma Sorority, the same sorority that her sisters Erin ('98) and Regan ('01) belong to. MaryKris enjoys working at the Villanova Alumni Office while engaging in her studies at the school.
Daniele graduated in 2009 with a Master of Architecture degree from The Catholic University of America. She is currently living in West Ocean City where she bought a house in 2010 with her soon-to-be husband Blake. She became a licensed Architect in the spring of 2012 and works at Becker Morgan Group, an Architecture/Engineering firm in Salisbury, Maryland.
Matt Heiderman graduated from Georgetown University in 2007 where he played Division I lacrosse for four years. He received his B.A. in marketing from the McDonough School of Business. After graduating, Matt was an Assistant Coach at the University of Pennsylvania for one year. He is now living in Ocean City and is part of the management team in the family business at The Hobbit restaurant. Matt also worked as an assistant lacrosse coach at Worcester Prep for the '09 season.
Griffin Jones stopped by Worcester just before taking off on his studies at Gettysburg College. He is taking an interesting group of courses first semester, one of which is The Wonderful World of Fungi.
Erika Linthicum graduated from Wake Forest University in May 2007 with a B.S. in business and minor in Spanish. While at Wake, she was a member of the Delta Zeta sorority and served as their social chair from 2004-2006. After graduation, Erika spent five weeks touring Europe visiting such cities as Paris, London, Venice, Prague, Florence and Copenhagen. She is now living in Greensboro, NC where she works at Compass Financial Partners, a financial planning firm associated with LPL Financial. There she assists four CFP(R)s and two retirement plan specialists.
Marissa Lucy writes from Villanova that she is enjoying her studies. She says that the work she did in AP History and English at Worcester was a great foundation for the amount of reading and writing required in her courses.
Andrew is working for CEB, an business advisory firm based out of Arlington, Virginia. He manages a sales team of 14 business development representatives.
Alumnus Chris Mancini '03 was the speaker at Academic Convocation. After leaving Worcester, he attended Washington College where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management. While there he was a Dean’s List student, played on the Men’s Lacrosse Team for four years, and was Project Manager for Students in Free Enterprise. He moved on to the University of Baltimore School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor degree. In the years since earning his law degree his experience as a trial attorney has taken him into the areas of Criminal Defense, Real Estate Law, and Wills and Trusts.
Kathryn McDonald let us know that her best classes in college are English and Calculus. She gives her Worcester English and math teachers credit for her success. "Writing all those papers and reading all that literature was the biggest help."
Allison Naughton writes that she is taking 5 courses at Salisbury University and just finished her mid-terms, which we know she did very well on. She's planning upon majoring in business management, but admits that she may change her mind, because she's a Naughton girl.
Leigh Remy is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and is in New York City pursuing her career in opera. She is planning to travel once more to Sienna, Italy to participate in an opera program, where she has the lead role in The Turn of the Screw.
Tom graduated from Mount St. Mary's University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. He is working on a doctorate in pharmacy at the University of Maryland in Baltimore. He is a member of the Iota Chapter of Phi Delta Chi, a professional fraternity, APha-ASP, the American Pharmacist Association-Acadamey of Student Pharmacists, as well as the student chapter of the American College of Clinical Pharmacists. He is pursuing the Clinical Pharmacist Track offered at the University, which will prepare him for intense drug and disease state management. Tom has plans to continue on after graduation to a two year residency program in Pharmacokinetics and Infectious Disease. Tom has his first set of clinical rotations beginning in October 2007 and is participating in research involving a new drug that is predicted to help relieve the symptoms and difficulties of opioid addictions.
Angie Cupas graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Richmond with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a minor in Law and the Liberal Arts. Angie is a member of the Golden Key International Honor Society, Phi Eta Sigma, Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Society and was the recipient of the Herman P. Thomas Scholarship for Economics. Angie is entering the William and Mary School of Law in Williamsburg.
Michele Derickson is majoring in biochemistry at Cedar Crest with a concentraton in forensic science. She did research on cardiovascular disease in the genetic engineering lab and is a member of the Bio/Chem Club.
Corey and Laren Hughes were recently married.
Kristen will continue her studies in medical ethics at Harvard Medical School. She would like to eventually become involved in public policy, dealing with issues of resource allocation and health care organization.
Tom graduated from Wake Forest and was accepted into Teach for America as a Spanish teacher in an inner-city high school in Baltimore. Tom has just finished his two year commitment of teaching high school Spanish, and now is working for the organization as a recruitment director.
Ashley Cutchin was asked to exhibit her artwork by Camaver Kunsthaus International, a Luxemburg art company, in the International Group Exhibition of Contemporary Art. This exhibit was at Lake Como, Italy from August 19 through September 2, 2008. Ashley showed two oil paintings and one graphic/photo manipulation. Camaver noticed her work online at the Saatchi Gallery in London who helps to promote young new artists. Ashley received her undergraduate degree at Washington College.
Blair Falck graduated from the University of Richmond where she majored in Studio Art concentrating in painting and graphic design. She is planning to open a store in the Delaware area.
Meredith Feist plans to work toward a degree in visual communications with a concentration in photography.
Regan Greco graduated from Villanova with a marketing degree. She received a Masters of Science in Finance also from Villanova and is working in the regulatory department at the Philadelphia Stock Exchange.
Laren graduated from Salisbury University with a major in mass-communications and a minor in Spanish. She is interested in working in public relations and is focusing upon journalism. For her undergraduate degree, she completed internships at WBOC and The Daily Times. At the Times, a number of her articles were on the front page. Laren is, in addition, the editor of the College Flier newspaper at SU.
Laren works as a reporter at the Wave (Bethany/Ocean View paper) Gannett Newspaper.
Laren is married to Corey Hall.
Michael Heiderman graduated from Villanova University in 2005 earning a B.A. in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations and a minor in Spanish. He has been living in Charleston, SC for the past 2 1/2 years working for a builder on Kiawah Island. He works in pre-construction administering and negotiating construction contracts, as well as doing the permitting and purchasing for the company. Michael still loves basketball and plays in a men's league for the City of Charleston. He also stays active playing golf, surfing and boating.
John Mazcko says that life at Northeastern is going well. He's joined the crew team.
After graduating from the University of Maryland with a degree in Economics in May 2005, Keemia entered a year long master's program at the university. She was awarded her Master's in Education in the summer of 2006. Keemia and Sean Parker were married on June 28, 2008 at St. Francis De Sales in Salisbury, Maryland. She is in her 4th year of teaching at Cannon Road Elementary in Silver Spring, Maryland. She is the First Grade Team Leader. Sean is in his 4th year as a Design Engineer at Eaton Corp. in Beltsville, MD. Together they spend a great deal of weekends coming back down to the Eastern Shore to visit family and friends.
Morgan Prewitt graduated from Princeton and is spending her summer working in Ocean City.
Mary Raskauskas is living in New York and working for an electrical engineering firm.
Michelle Sawyer completed her undergraduate work at Tufts University. Michelle has graduated from law school in Baltimore and currently holds the position of Assistant Attorney General for the Department of Transportation for the State of Maryland.
Marie Shockley says taking AP at Worcester was one of the best things she ever did. Marie graduated from the University of Richmond.

Adam Freedman graduated from the University of Delaware and is currently living in Wellington, Florida. He is working as a risk manager for a large real estate developer and continues to be active in skydiving.
Chris Harrison graduated from Catawba.
Jessica Haynes is currently living aboard a Hatteras yacht in Boston. She is in nursing school with the hopes of one day being a nurse midwife. Jessica has a 2 year old son Elijah.
Liz Raskauskas graduated from Haverford College in Pennsylvania and is working on her Master's Degree in Social Work at Salisbury University.
Colby Schneider graduated from the University of Richmond. He is living in New York and is an Account Executive with the advertising firm Deutsch Inc.
Kate graduated from Drew University with a degree in Anthropology. Kate is living in Charlotte, NC working as an EMT for the county wide ambulance agency, Medic. She is engaged to Kevin Spitzmiller of Caldwell, NJ and they are plannning a wedding for September 30, 2006.
Chris is a cum laude graduate of Franklin and Marshall College where he focused on Religious Studies and Chemistry. He is also a cum laude graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law and was an intern for the Eastern Shore’s own Judge Dale Cathell, retired, of the Maryland Court of Appeals. After a summer associate position with a boutique white collar criminal defense firm in Baltimore, Maryland, Chris joined GEICO Insurance in 2009 as a staff litigator in GEICO’s Silver Spring Staff Counsel Office. He handled and tried to verdict jury level personal injury defense and contract cases in Maryland the District of Columbia.
In 2014, Chris became an assistant general counsel at GEICO Headquarters in Chevy Chase, MD, providing legal advice and risk management for GEICO’s claims departments nationwide. He is admitted to the state bars of Maryland and the District of Columbia.
Chris married Jeffra Stafford of Easton, MD (The Country School, Easton High School, American University) on October 4, 2008 in St. Michaels, MD. They happily reside in Kensington, MD.

Mark Chan graduated from medical school (University of Maryland). Mark Is doing an internship at St. Francis in New Jersey and will do his residency at Mt. Sinai in Baltimore. He will be specializing in Rehabilitation Medicine.
Christina Ake gathered many honors at Salisbury University. She was selected for membership in the biological honor society, Beta Beta Beta (Tri-Beta) and in Phi Kappa Phi, an honorary for those with a GPA of 3.8 or above. Christina's GPA is 4.0, and she graduated Summa Cum Laude, Bellavance Honors with Distinction. Christina is married to Worcester Alumnus Hale Harrison.
Zachary M. Jahnigen graduated from Virginia Wesleyan College with a BA in Art. He was a member of Phi Kappa Tau faternity and was on the college fencing team. He will continue to manage the family marina and to develop businesses. He also plans to open a ceramic studio.
Katie Naughton graduated from Salisbury University and is living in West Ocean City. She and her sister Kristie have a horse farm and work with children on equestrian skills.
Kristie Naughton graduated from Salisbury University and plans to continue her education in an MBA program. The Naughton girls have purchased a horse farm in the Ocean City area.
Whitney is a graduate of Princeton University and a member of two national championship Princeton Women's Lacrosse Teams and 1st Team All-American. Whitney was married in March '06 to Robert Nye. They met at Princeton and were married in the University Chapel. Whitney is the director of Cushman and Wakefield of Maryland, Inc.
Rebecca Owens graduated summa cum laude from the University of Rhode Island with a bachelor of science degree in marine biology. She was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and was awarded the Presidential Excellence Award for the most outstanding student in the Department of Marine Biology. Becca received the Barry Goldwater Scholarship which she used to pursue marine studies at the University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia. Rebecca is employed as a research assistant with the URI Graduate School of Oceanography.
Michael Potter graduated summa cum laude from Maine Maritime Academy with a Bachelor of Science degree and an Unlimited Tonnage 3rd Mate's License. His post-graduate training cruise was on the school's ship, the T/S State of Maine. On the Maine, he traveled to Veracruz, Mexico; St. George, Bermuda; Tampa, Florida; and San Juan, Puerto Rico while serving as Cadet Communications Officer.
Dr. Steven Salvatore was appointed to the faculty of the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at New York Presbyterian Hospital – Weill Cornell Medical Center. Salvatore, a graduate of Wake Forest University, received his medical degree from St. Louis University School of Medicine in 2007. He completed his training in anatomical and clinical pathology as well as a fellowship in renal pathology at New York Presbyterian. Dr. Salvatore excelled in his work on the hospital staff and was named Chief Resident. He received the Distinguished Household Staff Award and the Employee CARE Award. He received the Resident Research Day Abstract Award from the Department of Pathology, a Resident Travel award from the American Society of Nephrology, and a Pathologist-in-Training award from the Renal Pathology Society.
Christine Short graduated from Mount St. Mary's College in Emmitsburg, Maryland. Her major was sociology with a concentration in criminal justice and a minor in history. She headed the SGA Publicity Committee and is now employed by Sussex Shores Water Utility in Bethany Beach. She is looking forward to her Water Operator's License.
Jake Ahern graduated with honors from University of North Carolina with a major in biology and a minor in chemistry. Jake graduated in 12/05 with a master's in ecology/evolution. He is working at the Spence School (a private school in NYC) teaching high school physics, earth science, and 6th grade science.
At Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida, Erin was accepted into membership in The National Society of Collegiate Scholars. Erin majored in Spanish and was a member of the Alpha Gamma Chi Sorority. She completed a semester abroad in Salamanca, Spain where she studied a variety of Spanish courses. While in Europe, Erin traveled to Barcelona, Portugal, Rome, Italy and the Baleric Islands. She completed a second study abroad semester in Spain where she studied in El Puerto de Santa Maria and Salamanca. While there, Erin visited Africa and Germany. Erin Ashley,recently received her Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business at Nova Southeastern University, Ft. Lauderdale, FL. While persuing her MBA she was employed at Asert Benefit Services in Miami, FL as Regional Director of Business Development. She also started her own sideline company, Spanish Consulting, Inc., which focuses on Spanish and English translation services and executive language training to businesses. Erin has recently accepted a position with the Miami Herald Newspaper as Business Development Manager for The Nuevo Herald.
Amy Hagar graduated from the University Maryland, College Park. She earned academic honors during her studies in College Park. Amy lives in Bel Air, MD and was married to Brandon Berman on October 21, 2006.
Bethany Cole has lived one adventure after another after leaving WPS. She studied voice at Utah State University, returned to Salisbury to work with voice coach William Beall, and studied opera fulltime. She took 1st in most of the Association of Teachers of Singing competitions and was named 1st in the State of Maryland. Then it was off to the BYU Hawaii campus, BYU in Provo, and to the Dominican Republic for studies abroad in the Spanish language. She'll graduate in Spring 2003 from BYU and then plans to travel to Taiwan to teach English to young children. Bethany was one of the sopranos featured at several Salisbury and Ocean City area concerts.
Tenley Davidson graduated with honors from Delaware Technical and Community College. She passed the boards for the Veterinary Technician Program with a score that placed her one of the top technicians in the nation. Tenley is currently employed as a Veterinary Technician with Delmarva Equine Clinic in Dover, DE. She is also working in the family business. Tenley is engaged to Jim Janusiewicz and a September, 2008 wedding is being planned.
Stan graduated from Ithaca, where he majored in Sports Information & Communication.?Stan now works as the Director of Ticket Sales for their AA affiliate, the Trenton Thunder, in Trenton, New Jersey. ?In his role he oversees all ticket sales, service and operations for the club and loves his position here with the team.
Sean Fahey graduated from the College of William and Mary in Virginia and has accepted a position as an Assistant Project Manager with SPN, a local construction management firm. Sean is also working on his MBA at Salisbury University. Sean's mother Kathy teaches mathematics at Worcester.
Matt Hopson, a Dean's List student at Washington College in Chestertown, MD, was inducted into the Silver Pentagon Society which provides special opportunities for students who have achieved a grade point of 3.5 or higher.
Dustin Martelo graduated from United States Naval Academy in Annapolis. He is in Lemoore, CA with his new fleet squadron waiting to deploy again in January '07. Dustin has just completed his replacement squadron syllabus including landing on the ship at night.
Beverly Prewitt graduated from Princeton University and received her J.D. from Boston College. She is working for Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP in Manhattan as a corporate associate in the structured finance and derivates area. Bev also keeps busy as the Vice President of the Cruz Blanca Initiative, a non-profit organization that involves Princeton students in annual construction projects in underserved communities in Mexico.
Breanna Templeton has a Mechanical Engineering degree from The George Washington University's School of Engineering and Applied Science. She currently works as a senior consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton in Arlington, Virginia supporting research and development. Breanna's mother has announced the engagement of Breanna to Marshall Frith.
Kristen Bennett graduated from Furman University in South Carolina. During her studies at Furman, she spent a semester studying in China.
Kristen graduated from the University of Richmond (T.C. Williams School of Law) with a J.D. (cum laude). ?She passed the Delaware Bar and started working at Schmittinger & Rodriguez in Dover, DE. While working for the law firm, Kristen is attending Georgetown University part time to earn her LLM in tax. ?
Lauren graduated from Auburn University. While at Auburn, she was named to the Dean's List and was a member of the Auburn University Chapter of the Golden Key National Honor Society. Lauren married Doug Furillo in May, 2007. They live in Fruitland, MD with their two dogs, Kacey and Brady and cat, Chance. Lauren has been working for Novartis Pharmaceuticals for the past 2 and half years as a Sales Rep on the Eastern Shore. However, in the near future Lauren and Doug will open a World Gym fitness club in Salisbury. It will be located in the 30,000 square foot space in the South Salisbury Plaza across from the Super G grocery store on Route 13. With the help of her parents and their friends at World Gym Ocean City and World Gym Bethany they are looking forward to creating a fitness masterpiece with a welcoming, captivating, and clean environment for their members.
While attending the University of California, Los Angeles, Carrie Harrison, spent a semester in Chile. After graduation in 2001 with a BA in Sociology Carrie spent a year working and traveling in Australia. Carrie spent the following two years with the Peace Corps in Zambia where she instructed farmers in fish farming. Carrie returned from Africa last winter, spent a month in India and is currently attending Emory University Law School in Atlanta, GA.
Madelyne graduated summa cum laude from Salisbury State University. Her Bachelor of Science degree is in biology with a concentration in microbiology. Madelyne interned at Intervet working in research and development.
She is a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage on 104th Street in Ocean City. Along with selling Real Estate, Madelyne is one of the directors of the White Marlin Open, a family business.
Madelyn and husband Brandon Phillips (from Salisbury) and live in Ocean City. In 2006 Brandon and Madelyn purchased Ocean City's Atlantic Stand. Don't forget to visit them on the boardwalk. Brandon and Madelyn welcomed Lilly Ann Phillips into the world on November 29, 2007. She was 7lbs. 2 1/2 oz. and 20 3/4 inches long.
Kevin Price is busy with his medical studies and living in paradise--Dominica. He plans to go into the field of emergency medicine and says he may end up in New York or Chicago. Kevin attributes his interest in medicine to Tom Westcott's biology classes.
Sarah Schutz graduated from Goucher College with a degree in Psychology and a concentration in Cognitive Science. She lives in New York and is in a post baccalaureate premed program at NYU and Hunter College. According to Sarah, "As far as work goes, I'm working around my classes part-time in the fashion industry."
Mercedes (Cede) Torres graduated from Randolph-Macon College with a double major in Spanish and International Relations. After graduation, she worked for a year at the non-profit World Affairs Council of Greater Richmond. Cede moved to D.C. to begin graduate school at American University where she was enrolled in the School of International Service and graduated with a degree in International Communications. Cede's enjoying living in Washington and says that Breanna Templeton lives right around the corner and that there are a few other Worcester alums in her neighborhood.
Courtenay Bauer, a graduate of Catholic University with a degree in architecture, has returned to the shore to work with an architectural firm in Salisbury.
Arabeth Brueckmann graduated from Charleston College in Charleston, SC. She majored in Biology and was initiated into Alpha Epsilon Delta Honor Society. She is currently in graduate school.
Anna Dolle graduated from American University with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology.
Brittany Harrison has joined the Tax Controversy and Litigation Group as an associate in the New York office of the law firm Dewey & LeBoeuf. Brittany was previously a fellow on the Congressional Joint Committee on Taxation in Washington, DC and an attorney adviser to The Honorable David Laro of the United States Tax Court. While at the Tax Court, she co-taught classes at Georgetown University Law Center with Judge Laro. Brittany obtained her LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, her J.D. from University of San Diego School of Law, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the San Diego Law Review, and her B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
Ros Leslie has become an Associate of Webb, Burnett, Cornbrooks, Wilber, Vorhis, Douse & Mason, LLP where he will concentrate his practice on commercial and insurance litigation and commercial and residential transactions. Ros graduated from the University of Delaware and Washington & Lee School of Law. Following his graduation from law school in May 2006, he practiced in Baltimore with the Firm of Venable, LLP. Ros is licensed in both State and Federal Courts in Maryland and in the District of Columbia.
Kat (Kelli) Morris majored in physics and mathematics while pursuing her degree at the University of Delaware. She graduated with a BFA degree in Advertising and Graphic Design and a minor in Photography. Kat has a home in Miami, but she says, she spends most of her time in airplanes flying to sets in New York and Los Angeles. She works for Crispin Porter & Bogusky Ltd., as an Art Director in their Creative Department. Over the past three years, Kat has worked with clients such as IKEA, MINI Cooper and Burger King. She was recently recognized by Adweek, as one of the Top 10 Creatives in the US. Her goal is to eventually direct music videos.
According to Kat, "It's wonderful to see how much the school [Worcester] has grown, and I can say that I often think of how much it contributed to my successes today."
Ayris graduated with a B.S. in Mathematics from UMBC. While at school she interned with the Space Telescope Science Institute in Baltimore. She now works as a Computer Scientist for NASA at Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, MD. She is also working part-time on her M.S. in Applied and Computational Mathematics from Johns Hopkins University. She met her husband Tom while both were working for the Laboratory for Extraterrestrial Physics. They were married in May, 2004. They live in Crofton with a cat and two dogs. Last December Ayris and Tom celebrated the birth of their son Aden Thomas.
Jake holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marine Science from the University of South Carolina where he obtained a 6 passenger OUPV Near Coastal license. Next he entered the Graduate/license program offered by Fort Schuyler and began his career at Fort Schuyler. He currently holds the position of Cadet Chief Officer (CCO) on the Empire State. Jake's main responsibility and chief concern is the safety of all deck cadets. Jake and Linsey Leslie '94 are married and have recently celebrated the birth of their daughter Lena Elizabeth Parker.
Laura Bunting Petrino graduated from Washington College with a major in biology and minors in psychology and chemistry. After a year in grad school at Virginia Tech, Laura went on to the nursing program at Austin Peay University in Tennessee. In October, 2002 she married Army Lt. Patrick Petrino who is stationed in Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Among those attending Laura's wedding were Worcester alums Ralph Bunting '00, Jenna Sterling '00, Andrew Dolle '00, Anna Dolle '96, Lora Tayor '96, Ros Leslie '96, Robert Bunting '75, Gary Ewell '77, Jacob Parker '96, and Andy Holloway '96.
Lamont Stewart graduated from Wake Forest and graduated from Wake Forest University School of Law. He was one of four to make Wake's American Trial Law Association which completed in mock trials at different law schools and won in regional competition.
After passing the Maryland Bar, Lamont became an associate at the law firm of Wescott, Luke & Rowe, LLC., a general practice firm specializing in areas of criminal defense and civil litigation.
Lamont has been a featured speaker at Worcester's Academic Convocation.
Erika Andrea Strauss married Dr. Benoit Jean Nicolas Meister on October 10, 2010. The civil ceremony took place at the Hotel de Ville, or city hall, in the groom's village of Herrlisheim- près- Colmar, France, in the region of Alsace. The ceremony was performed in French by Mayor Gérard HIRTZ, with prepared English translations read by the bride's older sister, Pamela Berman ’89, and her parents, Dr. Andrejs Strauss and Christine Strauss Moore. Leks Strauss '00 was one of her two 'temoins' or witnesses. The couple met by chance in New York City, while searching for apartments. As both currently work in New York City they will continue living in the East Village, which they consider the Manhattan's best neighborhood! Erika received her B.A. in Communication with a Minor in French from Villanova in 2000; she received her M.A. in International Education from NYU in 2005.
Lora Taylor graduated cum laude from Duke University and started Duke University Law School. She graduated from Duke Law with her Juris Doctor and spent several months traveling. After a clerkship with the Honorable Terrence W. Boyle, Chief Judge, Eastern District of North Carolina, she will most likely be in Palo Alto, California with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati working in the firm's litigation department.
Meghann graduated from Salisbury University with a BA in Psychology. She continued on and received a BS in Nursing also from Salisbury. She is now a staff nurse at PRMC.
Sue Anderson graduated from the University of Richmond, summa cum laude with a double major in English and Finance. She has an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA. Sue has extensive experience assisting both academic and community hospitals with cardiac service line planning and strategic development efforts. She is currently a manager in the ECG Management Consultant's Washington, D.C. Office and was a featured speaker at the healthcare management conference, "Developing & Optimizing Cardiac Care Centers of Excellence" in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Gretchen Torres Bonavita graduated cum laude from Southampton College of Long Island University, in May 1999 with a degree in Environmental Biology. She's married to Mark Bonavita and lives in Greenlawn, NY. There they run a web business called www.GameJerseyCards.com. They buy and sell sports cards through eBay and their site. The Bonvitas have two children.
Kate Gordon works for the Research and Development Subcommittee of the House Armed Services Committee. She graduated from Mount Holyoke College with a degree in Politics and a minor in Art History. Kate was a crew member on a boat going from New York City to Detroit, up the Erie Canal and across the Great Lakes.
Patricia (Tricia) Harris is working on Capitol Hill for the Senate Office of the Legislative Council. A graduate of the University of Delaware with a degree in English, Tricia is now living in McLean, VA.
James Isaacs, having completed his master's degree studies in divinity, was ordained as a transitional deacon. He serves at an Episcopal Church in Naples, Florida.
Meg (Margaret) Johnston graduated from George Mason University in the PAGE (Plan for Alternative Education) honors program. She holds a BA in mathematics.
Meg is living in McLean, VA working as a Math Test Development Specialist at the American Institutes for Research (AIR) in Georgetown DC. She helps develop statewide K-12 math assessments for a multitude of different states.
In 2003, Meg married Jason Bryce McMahon and is now Margaret (Meg) KJ McMahon. She's pursuing her masters degree in Educational Psychology with a track in Measurement.
Heather graduated from Salisbury University in 2000 with a BS in Marketing and BS in Management Information Systems.

Kristy Napoli Gunderson married Robert Gunderson, a Search and Rescue Swimmer for Military Sealift Command. A graduate of the Maine Maritime Academy, Kristy works for Spirit Cruises, Inc. out of Richmond, VA. Kristy is the Captain on the Annabelle Lee, a 3-deck riverboat that runs on the James River. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Small Vessel Operations and was awarded her 200 ton Mate's license. Before joining Spirit Cruises, Kristy was a mate on tugboats which push barges up and down the Chesapeake Bay.
Tina Russo graduated from Loyola College with a double major in Marketing and International Business. In the summers she continues working for the family business, Tony's Ocean Deck, in Ocean City. Tina has her master's degree in education and is a Grade 4 teacher in Howard County. She's the godmother of Graham McCabe, Kevin McCabe's son.
Sadaf graduated from American University in 1999 with a BA in Justice and from Georgetown University Law Center in 2004 with her Juris Doctorate. Sadaf is a real estate settlement attorney and branch manager of Beltway Title and Abstract in Bethesda, Maryland and also provides real estate services in the Washington, DC Metro Area. Sadaf is currently living in Arlington, Virginia. Here she is pictured with her brother Kaveh '93.
Lauren graduated summa cum laude from Salisbury University with dual degrees in International Business and French. She completed a semester of her studies abroad at the University of Grenoble in Grenoble, France. Lauren is currently working as a HR Analyst for a large consulting firm, and hopes to return to school shortly for her Masters in French. She is living in Northern Virginia and has recently reconnected with several other Worcester classmates.
Kristen Schaefer has received her Master's degree in Early Childhood/Elementary Education from Rutgers University. Her concentration was in Literary Development. Kristen's undergraduate degree was also from Rutgers University, and she's heading back to the campus in pursuit of another Master's degree, this time as a Reading Specialist. She's currently working as a full-day kindergarten teacher in Warren, New Jersey. We, of course, knew that Kristen would be an excellent teacher and do hope she's treating her children to her wonderful singing.
Michael Schafer has joined Worcester Prep's staff as a social studies teacher. Michael, with his interest in history and in writing, has a master's degree in history. Before coming to Worcester he worked as a reporter for several newspapers.
Bob Ternahan graduated from the University of Delaware with a major in history.
Chris Wanzer received a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree from the College of Engineering at Villanova University. He accepted a teaching assistantship at the University of Florida where he is doing graduate studies in Coastal and Oceanographic Engineering. Chris' lectures on hydrodynamics were televised to other university locations in Florida. If you get down his way, his office is in the Swamp, Gator Stadium. When he's not teaching, he enjoys surf fishing, spear fishing and SCUBA diving.
Bradley Bebee graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from the University of Maryland. He was named Outstanding Graduating Senior for the College of Computer Science, Math, and Physical Sciences. Brad is employed with Booz Allen Hamilton in Tyson's Corner. He and his wife Lisa have welcomed their baby daughter, Julia.
Andrew Dare graduated from Wesley College with a Bachelor of Science degree in management.
Mark Decker received a Bachelor of Arts degree with general honors and honors in music from Goucher College. He works for Hayman Associates, a search firm for the communications industry. Continuing his love of music, he was the Jailer in Puccini's opera Tosca and has a part in an upcoming production of Verdi's Rigoletto. Both operas are at the Regina Opera in Brooklyn, New York. Mark was in New York and witnessed the events of September 11th from his office window. In the days that followed, he volunteered at Chelsea Piers and then during "a surreal night" at the Javits Center where the police set up a command post and the Red Cross stockpiled food
Jannah VanKirk Hobday is a graduate of the University of Maryland at College Park. She is the Director of Corporate Communications for Mission Residential in Vienna, VA. Jannah was married to Will Hobday in November 2005 and is living in Silver Spring, MD.
Alex Howarth is working on his Masters of Social Work degree at Boston University. Alex has been chosen to participate in the SWIRL Project, Story Writing in Remote Locations. The Project endeavors to document the traditional and contemporary stories of the children and elders of remote aboriginal communities. This project is a partnership between Victoria University of Technology, Melbourne, Australia, Department of Education, Training and Youth Affairs, IBM Australia and Remote Aboriginal Communities.
Dan O'Hare is living in New York. After the events of September 11th, he was a volunteer at Chelsea Piers for what Mark Decker says was five nights straight, sleeping on cots and helping with what he could.
Linsey and her husband, Jake Parker '96, live in Berlin, Maryland with their daughter, Lena, who attends Worcester Prep, and their son, John. Linsey works for Cornerstone OnDemand, which is based in California.
Nate Taylor is working in D.C. for the May Company and is the lead singer and guitarist in a band that is gaining popularity in the area.
Abbie Robbins Torigoe graduated summa cum laude with a double major in Spanish and American Studies from Washington College in Chestertown. She was awarded the Eugene B. Casey Medal which is given annually to a senior woman voted by the faculty to be outstanding in the qualities of scholarship, character, leadership, and campus citizenship. Abby is a member of Sigma Delta Pi, the National Honor Society for Spanish.

Leah Doyle attended Salisbury State University and Tidewater Community College in Virginia Beach. She is now studying nursing at Midland College. Leah has a daughter, Hailee, born in May 1998.
Steve Green is the publisher/editor of the Maryland Coast Dispatch, a weekly newspaper servig the greater Ocean City marketplace. He is currently serving on the Worcester Prep Development Committee as the alumni subcommittee chair. In May of 2008, he and his wife, Pamela, welcomed a son, Beckett, into their Berlin home. Green graduated from Loyola College in 1997.
Hunter Lankford is employed at Sysco Food Services of West Coast, FL in Sarasota. He earned a BS in Business and Business Administration from Elon College in North Carolina. He and his wife Julie have a little girl.
Courtney graduated from Salisbury University. Her Bachelor of Arts degree is in Spanish with a minor in French. She is a Realtor with Re/Max Premier Properties on 62nd Street in Ocean City and has earned the e-Pro & GRI designations. Along with selling Real Estate, Courtney tutors students in Spanish. Courtney and husband Matt Marine (from Anna Maria Island, FL) live in Ocean Pines.

John Randolph received his BA degree in economics from Swarthmore College. Since graduation, he has worked at CIGNA Corporation in Philadelphia where he is currently Director of Finance for CIGNA Corporate Real Estate. Prior to joining CIGNA Real Estate, John completed a project management roll in CIGNA International during which time he traveled throughout Asia, Europe, and South America inplementing new systems in CIGNA's international operations. He completed CIGNA's Leadership Development Program after five rotations throughout the company. John has been accepted as a full-time MBA student at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. His studies will include real estate and finance.
Dr. Heidi Reiss Schleicher graduated from Colorado State University in May as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. Heidi married Tyler Schleicher in April 2001 in Fort Collins, CO. Tyler is also a Colorado State graduate, but his field is agricultural engineering. The Schleicher's have moved to Iowa where Heidi works for the National Veterinary Service Laboratory, one of two federal veterinary diagnostic labs in the United States. Heidi says, "It was very interesting time to join this lab because of the recent focus upon bioterriorism and the need to protect our nation's food supply. The lab is closely involved with the Department of Homeland Security." Tyler works with a group at John Deere that is responsible for global positioning systems designed for farm equipment.
Catherine graduated from UMDCP with a degree is Women's Studies. She married Aaron Simmons and is the mother to six children. The past 16 years have been devoted to raising her children; however, Catherine is currently pursuing a Master's certificate in Photography and owns a small photography business on the side. She currently resides in Gaithersburg, MD and enjoys participating in her local church Covenant Life.
Shannon currently resides in Berlin, Maryland with her husband Derrick and their two daughters, Colbey and Leah. She is a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room at Atlantic General Hospital in Berlin and has worked there for 10 years.
Adam Wanzer works for Learning Tree International and lives in Reston, Virginia. He is a graduate of Marymount University with a degree in Business Administration.
Alan received the Tony Bill Screenwriting Award from Louisiana State University, where he earned his Master's degree in Fine Arts in Screenwriting.
Today he continues his writing while he works as Senior Technician for Capacity Planning and Performance Management at the Social Security Administration. Alan, his wife Jennifer, and children Ben and Morgan, live in the Baltimore area.
Erin Hagar graduated from the University of Delaware and finished her MA in Spanish and Latin American Studies. She taught Spanish at American University for two years and took students to Central America to volunteer after the devastating Hurricane Mitch. Erin also served as a consultant to the World Bank in Washington, D.C. a job which took her on a brief stint to India! She is now working for the Center for Educational Resources at Johns Hopkins University, a center that helps faculty use technology in the classroom. Erin is happily residing in Baltimore with her husband, Paul Smith, and they have two children.
Dr. Andrew Maclean Isaacs graduated from the University of Maine with a B.S. in Wildlife Ecology and from Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine with the degree of Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. Andrew and wife Suzannah have three children: Maclean, born on February 4, 1997; Quinn, born on May 11, 1998; and Gilbert Miles, born September 1, 2000.
Kevin McCabe graduated from Elon College in NC with a degree in Chemistry/Biology and Anne Arundel College with a degree as a Physician's Assistant, and passed the National Physician Assistant Board and the Physician Assistant's Board in Surgery. He works for the Emergency Service Associates, the organization that operates the Emergency Rooms at PRMC and AGH. He and his wife Kim were married in Beaver Creek, Colorado in 2001. They live in Ocean City and in 2003 enjoyed the arrival of twin boys, Gavin and Graham.

Brian Phillips graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Brian works as the Internet Division Manager for New World Mortgage. He is living in Charlotte was married on the Island of Maui, HI to Virginia Livengood. Brian is continuing to play saxaphone and has recorded on two albums with the groups "Chronic" (The Superfunk) and "Static" (City Limits).
John Schade received his degree in engineering from the University of Maryland. He worked on the TWA 800 crash investigation.
Reid Tingle has married and lives in the area. He and his wife have a son Parker, born in November 2004.
After graduating from the University of Richmond in 1996, Kate married a Henrico County police officer and started a career as an elementary school teacher in Henrico County, VA, near Richmond, where she taught for 10 years. Kate received her endorsement in Gifted education from UVA and taught gifted students in Henrico for the past six years of those ten years. She is currently taking a leave from teaching to stay home with her two girls (born in 2002 and 2006).
Dr. Michael Cosgrove graduated from the University of Delaware and attended Jefferson Medical College on a scholarship from the United States Navy. He completed his medical internship at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego and an interim assignment at the medical clinic at Coronado Naval Station. He attended the Flight Surgery Program at Naval Operational Medical Institute in Pensacola, Florida. There Michael took courses in flight training in addition to flight medicine. He is stationed at the Kingsville Naval Air Station in Texas where he attends to naval avaitors in jet training.
Brittany Kelly Drescher earned her undergraduate degree in communication disorders from the University of Kentucky in Lexington and a graduate degree in speech pathology from Towson University in Towson, Maryland. She is a speech pathologist with Therapists Unlimited in Nashville, TN. Brittany married Michael Drescher on May 29, 1999. She and husband Michael have a son, Jackson Alexander, born on March 6, 2001. Jackson's cousin, Grace Catherine, daughter of Brittany's brother Roger, was born on the same day.
Jennifer Wall Hoffman graduated from Towson University with a degree in Speech/Pathology/Audiology. She received her Master of Science degree in Speech Pathology from Loyola. Jennifer is employed by Healthsouth Chesapeake Rehabilitation Hospital in Salisbury as a Speech Pathologist. Jennifer and husband Steve, live in Ocean City and have a son and a daughter.
Will Lynch works in the family business, The Commander Hotel. Will was elected Assistant Fire Chief for the town of Ocean City. Will is married to Worcester Grade 4 teacher, Amanda Farlow Lynch. Will and Mandy are the proud parents of Jack Brittingham Lynch.
Scott Mumford, his wife Elise live in Fenwick Island with their daughter, Anna, who attends Worcester Prep. Scott and Elise continue to run the day-to-day operations of Warren's Station. Scott still enjoys being an assistant for the Varsity Boy's lacrosse team, which he has been a part of since the spring of 1996. Scott is also active in the Worcester Prep Alumni Association.
Kurt graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 1995, with a BS in Aeronautical Science and a minor in Aviation Safety. He was a Flight Instructor for two years and then was hired at Continental Express Airlines from 1997-2005 where he flew as captain on both the EMB-120 Brasilia and the EMB-145 Regional Jet. In 2005, Kurt was hired at Continental Airlines. He is currently dually qualified as a pilot on both the Boeing 757 and 767. In 2008, Kurt is going to training on both the Boeing 777 and the new Boeing 787. He is based in Newark, New Jersey. Kurt resides in Rocky River, Ohio with his wife Holly, and two children, Ethan and Lucy.
Ed is a set designer for Ralph Lauren Advertising. He works at Lauren’s Madison Avenue office in New York, but is often on location in various parts of the world to create his beautiful set designs. Ed shows the Ralph Lauren dining scene that he created outdoors. The scene will run in Ralph Lauren’s advertisements for the 2012 holiday season.

Alysia graduated from Swarthmore College as a McCabe Scholar who majored in English literature. She received her Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Seton Hall University. Alysia has sustained her athletic interests by running marathons, recording her best times in Boston. She also has run the JFK50 ultra-marathon and the Grand Canyon Rim-to-Rim-to-Rim (49 miles). Alysia helps to coach her high school's girls' cross country team; she is in her twenty-second year of teaching.

Michael Esham received his MBA at the Perdue School of Business while coaching lacrosse full time at the university. (Mike was an all-American in lacrosse.) In 1996, at Merry Sherwood Plantation, he married Heather Ruhe of Reading, PA. Heather and Mike traveled across the country for three months before landing in Charlotte, NC. In 1997 they moved to Knoxville, TN where Mike took a position as a Cardiovascular Specialist in field sales for Merck & Co., Inc., and Heather worked in the marketing department for Home & Garden Television (HGTV). In September 2000 daughter Landyn Ruhe Esham was born.

Toni (Fae) LaChance Lit, a graduate of Rollins College, is a project manager for Hewitt Associates in Orlando. She married Michael J. Lit in 1996. They live in Orlando FL and she is in her tenth year at Hewitt Associates as a Leave Consultant. Her husband is the Exec. Sous Chef of Hue and they own and operate Antoinette's Gourmet Catering. They have a 5 year old daughter named Mila and a 1 year old named Miles. Plus two dogs named Paco and Angus.
Walter Reiss III, a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, is currently doing a rotation in Pakistan flying the RQ-1B Predator. It is a remotely-piloted reconnaissance/strike aircraft about the size of Cessna 152. Walter reports, "We control it using either line-of-sight radio broadcast or satellite communications signals." On Walter's last rotation in the Middle East Region, he flew the KC-135 Stratotanker. Proud of his work in the defense of our country, Walter is even prouder of his beautiful daughter, Michelle who was born in 1999.

Alex Brence received a B.S. in Biology from Towson University and a M.S. in Biology from the University of Cincinnati and a Ph.D. in Biology from the University of Madison. Dr. Brence is a Senior Research Scientist and Principal Investigator with Battelle at Kirtland AFB for HQ-AFOTEC Det.1 chem/bio defense and decon programs. Det.1 provides independent and tailored operational effectiveness, suitability, and real-world evaluation expertise in support of Air force, Joint, DoD, and other gov't agencies in support of the acquisition process. Alex and spouse Vickie reside near Albuquerque, NM and have recently welcomed their son Dillon.

Mark Frostrom's Company, LandEscapes, worked with ABC's Extreme Makeover Home Edition show, which will air December 9, 2011. Mark was selected as the landscape contractor for the project; he paid his employees and contractors for their work on Extreme Makeover. Both Mark and his wife Jenny took part in the project. Jenny is a Grade 2 teacher at WPS and their son Mark is in Grade 2. The Frostroms live in Pocomoke City.

She has been a featured speaker at the Worcester Academic Awards Ceremony. Dr. Kennan married William Houlihan of Salisbury,MD. in 2004 and resides in Delmar,MD., she currently has a General, Preventative, Cosmetic and Family Dental practice in Salisbury, MD -- specialty training currently in Forensic Odontology through Walter Reed Army Hospital and the AFIP/Armed Forces Institute of Pathology.

Theresa Bartels Plack graduated from Mary Washington College with a degree in psychology and then received her master's degree in counseling psychology from Towson State University. Theresa married Jim Plack and they have one son, Tyler Austin. After working for two years with victims of domestic violence, Theresa is now staying home with Tyler.
Maureen Moore Swan married Matthew Swan at "Homewood" in Berlin on September 9, 2000. Members of the bridal party included: Ann Moore Bateman '82, Jill Wood '85, Alysia Lehman D'Ambrogi '88, Jennifer Moore '91 and Alex Moore '86. Maureen received an Associates Degree from Pine Manor College in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts and later attended the University of Colorado at Boulder. She is a real estate agent in Portland, Oregon.

In 2006, she married Matthew Wuornos, who is an instructor for the United States Navy. They welcomed their beautiful daughter, Madison Grace, into their family on February 24, 2008. Norma is a Spanish teacher at Bayside High School in Virginia Beach and is the sponsor for the Spanish Club, the Spanish Honor Society, the Latin and Line Dancing Club, and the Crime Solvers Club.

Billy was appointed as local pastor to serve Clark’s Grove UMC on the Northwest District three-quarter time. Previously Billy was on staff with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He has served as a licensed local pastor in the Peninsula-Delaware Conference, been a youth pastor and retreat leader, participated in prison ministry, served as chaplain to a Christian school, and managed a homeless shelter. He is currently a student at Palmer Theological Seminary. Billy is married to Diana and has an eight-year-old son Braydon and two grown step children. He has officiated lacrosse from youth to the college level and beyond.

Dr. Nicholas Lambrou was awarded a doctor of medicine degree from Boston University School of Medicine. He earned his undergraduate degree from Tufts University and completed his residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. In summer 2004, Nick was married in Greece.
Shortly after graduating from Mount St. Mary's College, Shannon (Carragher) Loughrey (WCS C’87) left the East Coast and headed to California. She is CEO of Los Angeles Modern Auctions (LAMA) a fine art auction house which she founded with her husband Peter Loughrey, also an Eastern Shore area native. Together they are heavily involved in the fine art and architecture community of L.A.; they are on acquisitions councils at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art and the Getty Research Institute. They also enjoy traveling with PBS’s Antiques Roadshow, where Shannon is an ambassador (front of house) and Peter is an appraiser (on camera).
Adam Marsh is a Senior System Analyst for AIG insurance. Previously, he was the Senior Internet Architect for MBNA America. Ron and his wife Jennifer reside in Frederick, Maryland with their 4 year old daughter Morgan. They are expecting their second child in April. Nancy and her husband Jody Newland live on the west coast of Florida near Clearwater and Tampa. Nancy writes that she's a high school teacher. As she started teaching, memories of all her teachers at "WCS" came back. Nancy holds a Bachelor's degree from Salisbury University and a Master's in Administration from Central Michigan University.

She received an IABC Golden Flame for Communications Management and an IABC Silver Flame for Best Media Event. Her public relations/communications team won a total of eight awards. Joey is Director of Communications at McKesson, the world’s largest healthcare IT and services company and #14 on the Fortune 500.
Connie Taylor Bernal graduated from the University of Georgia with a major in Journalism and a minor in Marketing. In 1997 she married Scott Bernal who is a detective with the Ocean City Police Department. They have two children. Connie is an independent business owner with Market America. She is also vice-president with the Quota Club in Ocean City.
Julie Brittingham Brignac graduated with honors from the University of Virginia with an undergraduate degree in business and communications. She was president of Alpha Delta Pi sorority. She is currently residing in Windermere, Florida with her husband Larry and 4 year old daughter, Shae. She is the Group Vice President of Procurement for Brambles Limited in Sydney, Austrailia.
Barclay Green earned his Ph.D. in English Literature. He and his wife, Parmita, live in Cincinnati; both teach at Northern Kentucky University. They have a thirteen month old baby and are expecting a second child in September '09.
Robert van de Graaff attended Roanoke College where he graduated in 1989 with a degree in Psychology. He received a Master of Arts from Emerson College in Communications and a Master of Sciences from Wheelock College in Family Studies with a concentration in Education. Robert has worked for the past five years in the Development Office of the Massachusetts General Hospital in the Special Events department.
Jon Andersen is a graduate of Western Maryland College where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Jon married Carrie Ann Baker in November, 1998.
Miguel A. Balea is married to Ingrid Houlihan (Class of 1985). The Baleas live in Salisbury with their boys, Devon and Connor.
Laura graduated with a degree in Communicative Disorders from University of Central Florida and worked for 2 years in a Tampa area school as a Speech Language Pathologist. Wanting to be more of an educator in the classroom then completed her certification in both Exceptional Student Education K-12 and also basic ed certification Pre-K - Grade 3. Now in her 4th year teaching in the least restrictive environment students with learning disabilities....and loves it!!! Laura lives in Tampa with her fiancee and 2 yellow Labrador retrievers "Cody" & "Ellie".
Elizabeth Moore is the Executive Assistant/Chief of Staff to Oprah Winfrey. Libby graduated from Endicott College in Beverly, Massachusetts with a degree in Radio & Television. She has been Personal Assistant to both Maury Povich and Rolling Stone magazine's owner and publisher Jan Wenner. Libby lives in Chicago.

Tina Millin Vincent graduated from Salisbury University with a bachelor of science in business administration. She received a Master of Business Administration from Wilmington College. She is employed at Wicomico County Board of Education as the Lead Human Resource Specialist. Tina married Carl E. Vincent Jr. on October 21, 2006.
Susan Conley Wellman graduated from Salisbury State University with a degree in Accounting. She married Wade Wellman in 1994. They have twin girls, Brooke and Brittany. The Wellman's live on Main Street in Berlin.

Susan Winkleman Beauchamp graduated from the University of Delaware with a double major in economics and accounting. She and husband Barry are the parents of two Worcester students, Taylor and Hannah. Susan helps out at Worcester with many of the school's fund-raising events.
Dena Cherricks Bowden lives in Snow Hill with her sons William Paul and Jesse Lee. She holds an Associate Degree in Computer Science from Wor-Wic Community College and works as an Administrative Assistant for the Medallion Group/Gordon Financial Services in Snow Hill and Salisbury.
Lisa Bunting Cook is the Director of Admissions/Alumni Coordinator at Worcester Prep. She received her Bachelor of Arts cum laude from the University of Richmond with a double major in Spanish and Sociology. Lisa married Douglass Cook in December 1987, and they travelled around the country living in California, Texas and Colorado while Doug was in the US Army. The Cooks moved back to Berlin in 1993 and have two sons, Austin and Garrett.
William E. Esham, III, a partner at Ayres, Jenkins, Gordy & Almand, PA, received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Washington and Lee University. His Juris Doctorate was earned from the Baltimore School of Law. Will and wife Barb have three girls, Lauren, Claire, and Rachel, who are attending Worcester. Will is a member of the school's Strategic Planning Committee.

Kimberly McCabe Justice graduated from Salisbury State University with a degree in Medical Technology and Wilmington College with a Masters Degree in Business and Health Administration. She set up the Phlebotomy Lab at Atlantic General Hospital when it opened and now is Vice President of Planning/Operations. She lives in Bishopville with her husband, Les and two children, Allison and Madelyn. Kim serves on the Red Cross Board and is active in the Selbyville Volunteer Ladies Auxiliary.
Kimberly Ullrich Love holds a BS in Animal Science from Virginia Tech. She lives in Washington, Virginia with her husband Kenner and her children Grayson and Jacob. She is Vice President and Lending Officer for Rappahannock National Bank.
Reggie Mariner, a cum laude graduade of Clemson University with a degree in Civil engineering, is a project engineer for George, Miles & Buhr, Arthitects and Engineers in Salisbury. He is a registed civil/structural engineer and recently was Design Project Manager for the Children's HIV Clinic in Botswana. Reggie and wife, Martha, have two children Nobel and Maxwell.
Heather Adkins Marsden and husband Scott live in Annapolis with their three children Lauren, Alexander, and Caroline. Although she's at home with her children, she manages to volunteer quite frequently along with coordinating the lives three active children. Heather has been involved with and chaired various committees in the Junior League of Annapolis, taught Sunday School, and volunteered on her community board and school PTO. She chaired the GALA for St. Anne's Day School.

This beautifully combines his BFA in landscape architecture from Rhode Island School of Design with his 10 years in Los Angles as a Set Designer for Disney and Universal Studios. Chris’ yellow lab Biscuit is his business advisor and confident.
Tracy McCabe Shelton lives in Manhattan with husband Marvin and son Brian and Justin. A graduate of Franklin & Marshall with a degree in government, Tracy earned her juris doctor from American University. She is employed by New York Public Interest Research Group where she serves as a consumer attorney. Marvin is an accountant.
Lisa Weiss Strand lives in Washington, D.C., with husband John and daughters Pearl and Lucy. She has a BA in International Relations from Bucknell University and a Masters of Public Health from Tulane University's School of Public Health & Tropical Medicine. Lisa's career has been centered on international development, particularly the area of population, reproductive health, and HIV/AIDS. She works for Futures Group and recently co-authored an article for The Journal of Adolescent Health that featured information from a survey she coordinated about the reproductive health risks of 2,300 youth in Zambia.
Josh Vach lives in North Carolina where he is the owner of two restaurants. He graduated from the University of North Carolina with a degree in finance/economics.
Becky Feir Wellde and husband Phillip have three children and live in the Washington, D.C. area. She's an at-home mom who enjoys very much being able to stay at home with her children. Her husband works with Strong Investments of Milwaukee, but his territory is the mid-Atlantic region.

She married Tjark Bateman in September 1991 and they celebrated the birth of their first child, Virginia Parker, on February 27, 2001.
Maureen Murray Daisey is a graduate of Mary Washington College in Fredericksburg, VA. She married Ray Daisey in November, 1992 and they have a daughter, Madeline Emma, born on February 11, 1998 and a son, James Frazier, born on April 28, 2002. Maureen previously worked as a reimbursement specialist for American Home Patient in Salisbury.
Karen Bounds Eure is a Kindergarten teacher at Snow Hill Elementary School. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Spanish with a certification to teach Nursery School through Grade 4 at Mary Washington College in Fredericksburg, VA. She then received her Masters in Education at Salisbury State University. Karen married Henry Eure in October 1991 and they have two daughters, Marleigh and Rachel.
Mike Marshall is the President of Marshall Management, Inc. in Salisbury, MD. He is a graduate of Washington and Lee University. Mike married Kathy Stevenson in September 1990 and they have three children: Katie, born in March 1992; Molly, born in September 1994; and Jack, born in June 1996. Katie is a student at Worcester.
Tim Tyndall has the John Deere dealership in the lower shore area. We recently saw his picture in one of the local magazines.

Hugh Cropper is an attorney in Ocean City. He and his wife Jennifer have twins, Hugh and Myra, born in 2004. We hear Hugh continues with his love of hunting and fishing.
Charles Cunningham is a Global Technical Manager, Excipients for Colorcon, a division of Berwind Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. in West Point, PA. He has his name on a patent for a pill coating. His group worked on the process for about two years, and it took just about that long to receive the patent.
John Gaal, a Lt. Colonel in the United States Army, is stationed in the mid-west.
Dany Goodman is married with two children, lives in Jupiter, Florida, and works in sales for Florida Power & Light FiberNet.
Christina Kelly runs the Registrar's Division of the traveling exhibition service at the Smithsonian Institution in Washington. D.C. Previously, she headed the exhibitions and international loans division at the Brooklyn Museum of Art and was coodinator of exhibition at the Museum of Modern Art in New York and the National Gallery in Washington. Chris attributes her love of art and museums to her education at Worcester.
John C. Lewis graduated from Furman University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. He is the comptroller of MR Ducks and operates the White Marlin Marina in Ocean City. John and wife Kathleen are both active in Worcester Preparatory School activities, for their children, Alex and John, are students at Worcester.

Richard Scott and wife Kathryn have two boys, Wesley and Alex, in our Lower School. Richard is President of J. Conn Scott Furniture in Selbyville, Delaware. A new J. Conn Scott store just opened in Rehoboth Beach at the Joss location.
Brian Twilley is President of Atlantic & Hastings Printing in Salisbury. He and wife Carol have four Worcester students: Katie, Elizabeth, Patricia, and Natalie. Brian is a graduate of Virginia Polytech Institute and has a degree in mechanical engineering. Worcester's newsletters, newspapers, and brochures are printed by Brian's company.
Richard Adkins lives in the Annapolis area where he manages a Verizon team that provisions customers with high speed Internet access. According to Richard, "It's an ever-changing environment, which keep me very occupied." When Richard is not working, he's usally traveling and has become a certified scuba diver. Richard's degree is in Electrical Engineering.
Karen Clayland is the Director of Commercial Development at COMCAST in Salisbury. She graduated from Lynchburg College with a degree in Business Administration and Communication Behavior. Karen has one son, Kevin.
Julie Johnson Lafferty and husband Francis Lafferty '80 live in Stewartstown, Pennsylvania with their two girls, Jena and Megan. The girls attend St. James Academy in Monkton, Maryland, a school that reminds both Julie and Francis of their days at Worcester. A CPA, Julie works part-time now while being a full-time mom.
Stephanie Trimper Lewis and husband Brian have four children at Worcester: Matt, Adam, Timmy, and Caroline. When not taking care of the children or helping out at Worcester, you'll find the Lewis family at their place of business, Trimper's Amusements.

Barbara Esham Hart graduated from Rollins College and went on to study Art and Interior Design at Maryland Institute of Art. Barbie married Edward "Duffy" Hart in 1989, and they have three children, Teddy, Harrison, and Anna. She is a volunteer for the Auxiliary of Children and Family Services of Central Maryland and has been the chairperson for the Hunt Valley Antiques Show fundraiser.
Tammy has been named Chairman of the Salisbury Symphony Orchestra Advisory Board. A graduate of Salisbury University, Kilgore has a passion for classical music and extensive background in music and marketing. Kilgore is now a Worcester Prep parent; her son Jordan, also an excellent student and talented in drama and music, is a freshman at the school. Always interested in learning, Kilgore will pursue a second degree from Salisbury University this year—this time in music.
Mark Kirby graduated from the College of Boca Raton with a degree in business. He moved to Michigan and continued studies in theology and sociology. Mark has retired his position of 15 years at the Muskegon Chronicle and now deals art and antiques on a part-time basis. Mark has a son, Gabriel, born February 14, 1994.
Wanda is living in North Carolina with her husband Pat and her son, Ren. She works for an insurance company and is very active in helping the needy in her community.

Sarah resides in St. Augustine, Florida with her three children. She has been a teacher of special education in St. Augustine for 30 years.

Reese Cropper III is a graduate of Lynchburg College and was honored with Lynchburg's Distinguished Alumni Award, which recognizes Lynchburg alumni who have displayed outstanding contributions to society and the College. Reese owns the Ocean City division of ISG International, Inc., a national insurance agency. He is a member of Worcester's Board of Trustees, is a member of the school's Strategic Planning and Technology committees, and serves on Calvin B. Taylor's Board of Directors.

Janet Grey Mills is an Assistant Vice-president for Chevy Chase Bank in Laurel, Maryland. Janet graduated from Towson State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications. She married Paul Mills in April 1989 and they have two children, Jesse and Spencer. Janet and Paul live in Catonsville, Maryland.

Richard Peoples is currently working for a division of Schlumberger in Houston, Texas, where he manages a department which delivers seismic data to project underwriters. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Technical Writing. He has been competitively running for over twenty-five years and just completed his 45th marathon, placing second in his age division at the Chevron Houston Marathon with a time of 2:58:35.
John Townsend is the President of Byte Size and Beachin' in Ocean City and Berlin. He and wife Dawn have a daughter, Sarah, and triplets - Sophie, Anna, and Jack attending Worcester.

Dr. Bill Greer, a family practice physician in the Berlin-Ocean City area, graduated cum laude from the University of South Carolina where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. After completion of studies at the Medical University of South Carolina, he served as Chief Resident at the University of Tampa Hospital. Bill and wife Bonnie are WPS parents; their daughters Julian and Alison attend Worcester.
Mitchell Parker is the managing partner at Frontier Town in West Ocean City. He graduated from the University of South Carolina. Mitch, a member of Worcester's Board of Trustees, married Nancy Van de Meulebroeke in 1997. He is a member of the school's Strategic Planning Committee.

Julie Somers graduated from Salisbury University in 1981 with a BA in Psychology and again in 2010 with a BS in Accounting. She has four children Rhiannon, Deanna, and twins Evan and Erica. Julie is currently working at Perdue Agribusiness.
Tony Villani is a real estate broker and builder for Villani Real Estate in Richmond, Virginia. His business was featured in the Real Estate Business magazine which is published by the National Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers. The article includes some very nice photos of Tony and his family, in addition to honoring him for his work in real estate and the community. Tony received his BA in Political Science from Washington College, and he married Suzanne Woodfin in 1991. They have three children: Johnny, Wright, and Virginia. The Villani family enjoys hunting, golfing, and kayaking. In 2002 Tony was the recipient of the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) Realtor of the Year Award for the State of Virginia.

Sandy Coates West graduated from Salisbury State University with a degree in education. She teaches in the Worcester County School system. Sandy married Danny West and has three children: Alex, Ryan, and Katie. In 2002, Sandy was the Teacher of the Year for Worcester County.
