She started playing WPS Girls Basketball in the 7th Grade, and played on the Varsity team all four years of high school while also being elected to serve as team captain both Junior and Senior year. Lily was named MVP 5 out of the 6 years she played with WPS, and made All Conference Team 3 out of her 4 years on the Varsity team.

“It is very exciting and I hope more athletes will follow in my footsteps,” Lily said of being the first WPS athlete to commit to college basketball.

Lily furthered it was Ursinus Woman’s Basketball Coach Bobbi Morgan’s mission that led her to decide in playing for the college, as well as the opportunities the Liberal Arts College will provide.

“It is also nice that my family will be close, and can come support me,” she added. “I am a little nervous, but mostly excited to play for Coach Morgan and play with my new team. I am just ready to start this new chapter.”
Lily has also held a spot on the WPS Head of School List throughout her middle and high school years, as well as is a member of the Charles R.
