Berlin Mayor Visits WPS 4th Grade

Berlin, MD – On Friday, February 24, Mrs. Shimko and Mrs. Jankowski’s 4th grade classes met with Town of Berlin Mayor Zack Tyndall to discuss this year’s “If I Were Mayor” essay contest. 
 
Each year it is a tradition at Worcester Preparatory School (WPS) for students to enter the “If I Were Mayor” essay contest, and this year’s theme is “Preserving the Past to Power the Future”. During Wednesday’s meeting, Mayor Tyndall talked about his role as the Mayor of Berlin, and the traditions and events the Town of Berlin features.
