Worcester Prep Lower School Wraps Up the Year with Annual Field Day and Picnic
Berlin, MD – Worcester Preparatory School (WPS) Lower School students, faculty, and families came together on Tuesday, June 3, to celebrate the end of the school year with the much-anticipated annual Field Day event.
Held on the school’s athletic fields, Field Day featured a variety of games and team-building activities that allowed students from Pre-K through Grade 5 to compete, collaborate, and have fun outdoors. The event, a cherished tradition at WPS, promotes physical activity, school spirit, and camaraderie among students and staff.
Following the energetic festivities, the WPS Parents Association hosted a celebratory picnic for students and their families. Guests enjoyed delicious snacks and refreshments sponsored by local favorites, including Grab & Go Taco, The Mad Fairy Cotton Candy, Sandy Pony Donuts, Snow Daze, and more. The event served as a joyful sendoff to summer and a chance for the school community to come together one last time before the break.
