This individual should have a strong background in HR management with at least 5-10 years experience with at least 2 years
in a leadership role.  

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college with a major in HR Management or a related field, and the ability to participate in other areas of school life are requirements for this position.

College Counseling Assistant
The Worcester Prep College Counseling Office is seeking a motivated and professional College Counseling Assistant beginning August 1, 2023.  This position provides support in all facets to the College Counseling Office, Director of College Counseling, and students of WPS. 

The individual will maintain and facilitate various administrative duties of the college application process for Upper School students, particularly seniors, and support the process through detailed use of the software, Naviance.  The College Counseling Assistant will also evaluate and implement new procedures in order to advance the overall experience for students, parents, and staff.
