Berlin, MD – Last week, Worcester Preparatory School’s Upper School students celebrated Spirit Week, showing off their creativity and school spirit as they dressed according to a different theme each day in the lead-up to Homecoming on Saturday, September 19.
This year’s Spirit Week themes included Mathletes vs. Athletes, Celebration of Seasons, Wild West, and Throwback Thursday. The week culminated on Friday, when students dressed in Red, White, and Blue and gathered in a spirited pep rally, where students showcased their Mallard pride through class games, activities, and friendly competition.
New this year, Upper School classes also decorated floats and paraded them around the Lower and Middle School lunches, allowing younger students to join in the festivities, followed by faculty and staff voting for their favorite float.
