Worcester Preparatory School Hosts Successful 2026 College Fair

Berlin, MD – Worcester Preparatory School (WPS) hosted their first annual College Fair on April 14, 2026, welcoming WPS families, local high school students, and their families for an evening of college exploration and planning.

Held in the WPS Field House, the event brought together representatives from more than 40 colleges and universities, offering attendees the opportunity to connect directly with admissions counselors and learn more about a wide range of postsecondary pathways. Students and families gained valuable insight into academic programs, campus life, and the college application process.

Participating institutions included a diverse mix of public and private colleges and universities, such as Salisbury University, University of Maryland, Clemson University, James Madison University, and the United States Naval Academy, among many others.

Hosted by the WPS College Counseling Office, the event served as the only college fair in Worcester County, reinforcing the school’s commitment to supporting students and families in the college planning process.
